Virgin Islands Vow Renewal

Congratulations to Mr. and Mrs. Kennebeck!!!!

They recently celebrated their 20th wedding anniversary by doing a vow renewal on Magic Moments Luxury Excursions. We all met up at the boat dock on St. Thomas. The crew greeted us with something yummy, tropical, and refreshing.

It was a picture perfect day. I had actually met up with the Kennebeck’s for their 10 year vow renewal, so it was extra special for me to see them again.

We stopped at The National Park Dock to pick up their wedding officiant, Anne Marie Porter. She had married them 20 years ago on Hawksnest Bay Beach and did their 10 year vow renewal. It was like picking up an old friend.

We grabbed a mooring ball in Hawksnest Bay and had the entire place to ourselves. It was so magical.

We had the ceremony right on the boat. Anne Marie spoke from her heart and it was moving.

After their ceremony they dropped us off and headed over to the British Virgin Islands for a fun day of boating. It was all really perfect and I couldn’t recommend the experience more to anyone that is looking for an intimate and private way to celebrate their marriage.

I’m always asking couples their advice on having a happy marriage. The Kennebec’s advice was:

”Forgive fast and laugh often”

“ Never stop dating your spouse.”

Thank you so much for sharing your love with me! It was an honor to capture this special time in your lives. I can’t wait to see you both in another 10 years!!!!!

Trunk Bay Beach Wedding

I am still so in love with Trunk Bay Beach. This beautiful couple exchanged their wedding vows with Anne Marie Porter just prior to sunset. They had the cutest two witnesses I've ever seen standing at their sides. Here are a few of my favorite photos from their St John elopement....

Sugar and Spice did an amazing job with the bride's hairstyle. It was perfect for a beach wedding.

Holly and Jamie's St John Wedding on Trunk Beach

Congratulations to Holly and Jamie!!!!

I'm so thrilled to share this beautiful St. John wedding with you all. It was extremely special to be a part of their day and capture all these touching moments. 

We started with a few pre-wedding photos at their villa on St John of the ladies getting ready. I am totally in love with Holly's wedding dress. She had a bunch of talented friends that all helped her with her hair and makeup.

I love that they did a first look but didn't look. They had this moment together where they were close and held hands to talk for a moment but the groom still didn't see the bride in her dress.

Isn't she stunning?!!!!

Jamie has to have had one of the best "first looks" I've ever seen. I'm so happy I was able to capture this moment. Seeing Jamie's face as he sees his bride for the first time walking down Trunk Bay Beach is so prefect. Holly's father gave her away. It was such an emotional and beautiful moment.

Anne Marie Porter performed the ceremony and read from Holly's grandmothers bible. I'm pretty sure every person at the wedding was crying, it was really special.

I love that they had almost all of Trunk Bay Beach to themselves for their sunset wedding. I don't think the sky could have been more beautiful the evening of their wedding.

After their beach ceremony and a few wedding photos we headed over to Viva La Revolution to celebrate!
